Your Questions – Answered

This is a close-knit group of health and social care business owners and executives who have prioritised workforce strengthening. To encourage a supportive learning environment, Dr. Cosgrave has limited the group size intentionally. Each organisation can have up to two participants per program.
Entry occurs through an application process. Dr. Cosgrave will review your application and personally consult with you to determine if the program aligns with your business. A scheduled meeting with Dr. Cosgrave will help her better understand your business, workforce, and HR needs.

The online workshops will be held on Zoom on Tuesdays from 09h30 to 12h30 during the first (20th February 2024), third (5th March 2024), and fifth (19th March 2024) weeks.

No worries! Workshops and check-ins will be recorded for your convenience. This allows you to catch up at your own pace while still benefiting from real-time engagement through the closed online group and Friday check-ins.

This is an essential part of the program where you’ll connect with others, share ideas, and receive ongoing support between sessions.
