The course is for leaders in rural communities including: individuals, committee members of local clubs, healthcare service owners, executive and senior health staff, senior staff in local government and elected counsellors, owners and managers of local businesses.
It will help you decide if the Attract Connect Stay solution is the right approach for your community to help strengthen your local health workforce. Part 1 of the course will cover the two steps needed to assess your community’s suitability for the Attract Connect Stay.
